ALL WORKS ENCOUNTERED AT LWEZA CLAYS LTD. ARE EXECUTED IN PHASES RIGHT FROM FOUNDATION LAYING UP TO ROOFING AND THESE AMONG OTHERS INCLUDE;-
1. Inter locking Blocks 6″ & 9″ and Half inter locking 6″ and 9″
mainly used for the outer walls, Their advantage is that plaster is only applied on one side ( The inside part ).
2. Partitioning Blocks.
These are mainly for partitioning walls. These are also in sizes 4″ & 6″ depending on where they are applied.
3. Ventilators.
These are in various types such as Torino, Sisa and venesia. The other external advantage of these is that they can also be used as decorative grills especially on shed and fences.
4. Maxipans 4″, 5″, 6″ , 7′, & 9″
These are for suspended floor units for storey houses.
5. Roofing Tiles.
We have the Marselle Roofing Tiles and Mangalore Roofing Tiles. However these serve the same purpose.
6. Ridges. ( Interlocking Ridges Tiles ).
The advantage that these carry is that they cover a wide area and interlock as well with out using cement motta.
7. Floor Tiles.
These are laid down on the floor either outside or inside the house to achieve a uniform flow surface. They are used as window panes and can also be on flat roofs to avoid leakages since they are weather proof.
8. Decorative Grills.
These are applied to add natural beauty to the house. Among these are double pompei, Single pompei, Lweza Grill, (which is our own innovation) Malta, Spina. These can be used on sheds, Fences, in compounds among others.
9. Selected Bricks and Half Bricks.
These are used on buildings and especially to maintain the natural beauty.
